ORDERING
You can order from Health 911 twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Just follow these three easy steps:
- Browse through our Webstore at your leisure. Simply select the books or products you want and click on the BUY button to add an item to your shopping cart. At any time before final checkout you may remove an item from the shopping cart.
- When you are finished shopping, just click on the CHECKOUT button in the shopping cart and follow the instructions provided. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the tax (if applicable) and the shipping and handling. during the checkout process the shopping cart will ask "How would you like to pay for your order?" Select "Printed Order Form," enter the information requested and print out the form.
- Mail the order form, and your check or money order to:

We accept check or money order, please make them payable to Health911.
Please do NOT send cash.
DELIVERY
We ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. However, if an item is out-of-stock we will partial-ship your order immediately, then send you the out-of-stock item(s) by USPS at our expense when we receive them.
SHIPPING CHARGESStandard Shipping
Orders are shipped Standard UPS Ground or regular USPS for $4.50 for the first item, $2.00 for the second, and $1.00 for each additional item (up to a maximum shipping charge of $8.50). For orders outside the continental U.S., please email us for shipping charges.Express Shipping
- 2-day Express Delivery: $10.50 for delivery within the continental U.S. $18.50 for 2-day Express Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam or American Samoa. Orders for these territories will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail with an expected delivery of 3 to 4 business days.
- Next-Day Express Delivery: $18.50 for delivery within the continental U.S. $28.50 for Next-Day Express Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam or American Samoa. Orders received by 2:00PM EST will be delivered the next business day. Orders received after 2:00PM EST will be delivered in 2 business days.

Collection of InformationHealth 911 does not track or record the Internet identity of individuals visiting our Website unless they place an order. Our Internet Service provider (ISP) does track the identity of the servers accessing our Website and the various pages visited and makes that information available to us. However, there is no way for us to determine the individual identity of a visitor from the information the ISP provides to us.
We use this information to generate statistics and measure site activity in order to improve the content and functionality of our Website. These statistics may measure the traffic to various sections of the Website, overall performance, results of advertising campaigns, etc.
How We Use CookiesIn order to make your shopping experience at Health 911 as smooth as possible we use electronic "cookies" that recognize you as you shop at our store. If you order more than one product, the "cookie" recognizes you as the same shopper and places your purchase in your shopping cart. In addition, as you are checking out, you may want to do some more shopping or make changes to the billing or shipping information requested. The "cookie" remembers you during this process so that you will not have to re-enter any information. After you have checked out, or left the site, our "cookie" will recognize you for about 24 hours, if you come back to the site. After that time it is erased. Other sites use "cookies" to track you for marketing purposes and to remember you as a repeat customer. We do not use "cookies" in that manner - only to enhance your shopping experience.
Collection of Personally Identifiable InformationWhen a visitor to our site wishes to make a purchase we need to collect personally identifiable information in order to fulfill the product order. This information may include: name, mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, email address, credit card information and information about the recipient of the merchandise if it is being shipped to someone other that the purchaser. We use the information you provide about someone else only to ship the product and confirm delivery. The information we gather is used solely by us to fulfill your request and will not be sold, rented or otherwise dispensed to any other individual or company. To help protect your information we use the latest in Internet encryption technology, as further described in our Security section.
Change of Privacy PolicyWe reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy at any time and will post the changes and their effective date in this section. A revised Privacy Policy will only apply to data collected subsequent to its effective date. Revisions will be posted at least 10 days prior to their effective date.
